We are a "support" business designed especially for Agencies that provide services such as Mental Health, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. We also provide services for Outpatient Therapists in private practice. 

We have two "models" of providing services: (1) For those who want to learn to independently use our Web-based Software ("IMS") we lease  it; (2) For those who desire to have their data entry and billing done for them we provide a billing and general support service, usually for Therapists in private practice.

Do We Understand the Field?

Steve Blakeman, founder and CEO, understands the demands of providing mental health services while managing client records, tracking authorizations and submitting claims. He is acutely aware of the importance of keeping accurate and detailed records, and being able to access and analyze those records.

What Experience Do We Have?

Steve has over 25 years in the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities fields. He has been a Licensed Psychological Associate since 1992. He holds a Master Degree in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College and a Masters of Divinity from the Nazarene Theological Seminary. He worked two years for a Mental Health Agency in Raleigh, NC as a clinical supervisor providing support services for over 100 therapists and over 1100 clients in their outpatient therapy program. During that time he began to develop the "IMS" database that enabled that agency to  efficiently manage client information while they doubled in size.

Steve has been the leader of this business now for over five years and has continued to gain extensive experience in "billing" and solving payment issues, while continuing to further develop the IMS software.
