Step 1: Be aware that you can earn about $90/ hour when you provide therapy as an independent, master's level therapist. This is equivalent to about  $1.50 per minute.

Step 2: Determine how much time you will spend doing administrative tasks for each client weekly, as well as the time it takes to gather information to stay adequately informed.

Step 3: Determine what this time will “cost” you since these activities will take you away from providing therapy.

• Remember, you only earn money when you are providing therapy. When you engage in administrative tasks, going to trainings, and searching the internet, you are losing money.

Step 4: Determine what it would cost to have someone else do your administrative tasks and research.

Integrity charges 12% of what you earn from each client session, which is about $10.80/hour (based on $90/hour). This includes much more than just billing. It includes most of the administrative tasks you will need to perform as an independent therapist. If it takes you longer than 7 minutes per client each week to complete the tasks performed by Integrity, you are losing money because you could be providing therapy at $90 per hour instead of billing, researching and performing administrative tasks.  Once you cross the “7 minute line", it's costing you more than $10.80/ hour in lost earnings. Turning these responsibilities over to Integrity will prevent lost earning opportunities and increase your income potential.

The formula:       $10.80 / $1.50 = 7 minutes 

If administration and research are not your strengths, you will be much farther ahead emotionally, mentally, physically and financially to leave these tasks to Integrity; where you'll find experience, skill and the right tools!
